Shipping Policy

At the moment we use Australi Post to ship our products. Shipping calculation is based on Australia Post rates and applied on final checkout . The freight calcualations are based on metric volume calculation therefore they are not dependant only on weight but size also.

Please get in touch if you find the freight/ shipment excessive, and we will explore other alternative options.

In case of change of mind on the method of geting your order(shipping , local delivery or pick up) refunds are processed back into the bank account or bank card used to pay for the order through our system.

Metro takes upto 2 business days

Regional upto 5 business days

Sending Interstate

It takes between 3-8 business days depending on lodgement and destination points

Please note that some deliveries may take a little longer than usual due to ongoing COVID -19 operating constraints.

Also during festive seasons may take longer due to large volumes.
